Some places will offer you preferred parking and you might even find that you are allowed to drive in the carpool lane even when you're the only one in the car. You will also usually be offered all of the same features in the vehicle that you could get with any other car on the market. If you're headed to a conference and need to pick up meeting badges or you're driving cross country, a hybrid might be the way to go.
